Aimee serves as Deputy Director of the CitiStat Team. She is passionate about improving government services through the use of data for program accountability.

Aimee came to Baltimore after serving as a Senior Analyst with the Allegheny County CountyStat program where her portfolio included criminal justice-related departments. Prior to that, she spent over 15 years working for state and local government agencies in Texas including as Director of Research and Evaluation for the Community Justice Assistance Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice where she set the research agenda for the division including conducting program evaluations, program monitoring, and compiling and monitoring performance metrics for the agency and Texas Legislature.

Aimee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Longwood University and a Master of Public Service and Administration degree from the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.
